The Towers were built in 1971 and 1981, respectively, and named in honor of two of the Goodland businessmen who served on the GHA board and were instrumental in the cause of senior adult housing. Family housing was built in 1971 as well. The towers are located at 5th and Cherry and at 6th and Walnut in Goodland. The family units are located between 3rd and 4th on Kansas and Grand.
